I was a little skeptical but thought I'd try Mama Bear Oasis. I don't usually take a chance on most of the products I see on Facebook. But afetr a little research I took a chance.
I'm glad I did. I received 3 small jars and started using it. Within a few days I definitely felt a difference. I conntinued to use it every day and I was amazed at how well it took away the foot pain around the ball of my feet and the crease at where my toes meet the foot. The went on sale andd I purchase 12 jars (roughly a years worth) at 50% off. And then, to top it off and make it a little easier to take on trips, they came out with a roll-on version. I can't say enough about it. It does not take every bit of pain away, but it does get rid of most of the pain. I'm a happy customer and recommed it to anyone with neuropathy foot pain.

My problem with the roll-on is that I can’t get nothing out of the roller ball at the top. I can’t squeeze it because it’s too hard. I cannot get any lotion out of it at all. What is your solution to this issue?

It’s so thick it won’t come out of the container. Even after sitting it on the cap for days. Cut the roller off and had to heat it in hot water to get it out.

I have been unable to use it. I can not get the roll-on to roll-on. Nothing comes out. I bought 2, neither one works. I contacted support. They recommended shaking harder and put it in hot water and warming it up should allow it to flow better. Neither suggestion worked and I let them know. since then crickets.

I love MaMa Bear just not the “roll on”… it has to be heated in hot water to get it to work and then the bottle needs to be squeezed while applying… not easy.

I did share I gave my elderly parents the roll on. I took the tub of cream. A few years back I was in an ICU for 3 .5 weeks and after I had those compression boots on my feet the tops of my feet hurt every day. Orthopedic doctor said its nerve injury. I really didn’t care for the Roll On because the bottle was so hard that I couldn’t squeeze the solution out. Whenever I used the Roll On, my daughter has to squeeze the bottle on my areas that wee in pain. I’m not saying that is doesn’t work, it is just not for me.

I purchased the cream and thought it was okay. I then purchased the roll on in hopes to get a less messy experience. I couldn’t get it to come out so hubby suggested squeezing the middle of it. I struggled with that due to limited hand strength and he helped with getting it to come out. I’ve never had a creamy lotion in my roll on before and would much prefer it to be more of a liquid (as are most roll ons) for ease of use. For the price that is paid I hoped for it not to be so difficult.

I love your product but I am having trouble with the roll on. I think the cream had hardened. Finally got my husband to shake it enough to get a light coating on the roller. Is this how it normally is? If so, that’s fine. I just needed a jump start. I use the jar regularly and I love it.

The product itself is great, however, trying to get the product to actually roll out of the bottle is very frustrating. I store bottle upside down, which helps for a couple of rolls then nothing comes out. If I bang the roller itself on a hard surface, it is good for a couple more rolls. If you could correct the applicator, this would be perfect. As it is now I will have to return to the cream.

Using the cream on my hands 3 to 4 times a day. Relieves my 95 year old fingers, hands and wrist discomfort doing the day, Generous application at bed time and no carpo tunnel discomfort in the wee hours of the morning. Apply the roll on to my wife's 91 year old arthritic shoulders and upper arms at bed time that gives her better comfort than Tylenol. It is working for us. "The Ancient One"

the roll on is fine, I keep it in the glove box. more handy than the lotion when driving around. a question I have about the lotion is, do you offer any stronger type of ingredients in other forms. I'm using mamabear more often now to curb the nerve pain of the neuropathy. If there's a certain milligram strength of the magnesium that is used, would you make a higher dose of mag. also, I'm available if you would need a product tester for such said item.
